Bilingual Customer Support Consultant – Hospitality (Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is seeking a bilingual (English & French) Customer Support Consultant to join its remote hospitality team. You will provide top‑tier assistance to guests, handling communications across phone, chat and email while ensuring a smooth stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, chat and email.
• Manage day‑to‑day guest communication, responding promptly during key booking periods.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Handle guest concerns from initiation to resolution, escalating when necessary.
• Use internal tools (Hostaway, Duve, Turno, AppSheet) to manage reservations, tasks and guest information.
• Process booking modifications and evaluate refund requests according to company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Minimum 6 months experience in a customer support role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Reliable PC with at least 8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
