Automation QA Engineer – Relocation to Portugal

About the role

Affinity is seeking a skilled Automation QA Engineer to join its growing tech consultancy in Portugal. The position offers relocation to either Lisbon or Porto and involves working on international projects within a human‑centered, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps workflows.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to define test strategies and ensure high‑quality releases.
• Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the QA community.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of professional experience in QA automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work autonomously, stay proactive under pressure, and deliver high‑impact results.
