All Day Dining Manager

About the role

The All Day Dining Manager leads the hotel’s all‑day dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from breakfast through dinner. Reporting to senior food‑and‑beverage leadership, the manager balances operational excellence with team development.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate and discipline restaurant staff, supervisors and assistant managers.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, ingredient selection, preparation methods, and wine‑spirit knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to develop menus and wine lists that deliver quality at a fair price.
• Control labor costs and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, inventory and cash management.
• Address guest complaints, special requests and ensure visible leadership on the floor.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment, recommending improvements as needed.

Required profile

• College degree in hotel or restaurant management, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading a full‑service restaurant team in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong organizational, planning and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service orientation.
