AI-First Product Designer

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for an AI‑First Product Designer to shape and ship thoughtful product improvements across its suite of media‑tech tools. Working remotely from anywhere in Tunisia, you will own well‑scoped problems from initial framing through wireframes, high‑fidelity UI, and final release, using AI‑driven design and prototyping tools to iterate quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end product enhancements, from problem definition to shipped release.
• Prototype ideas with AI coding assistants and design tooling, turning concepts into working experiences within hours.
• Write microcopy, prompts, system messages and model‑facing instructions as part of the design surface.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and solutions teams to define pragmatic, client‑focused solutions.
• Define success metrics for features, instrument them and iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, adding components, patterns and documentation for web and mobile.

Required profile

• Strong product design craft with a focus on interaction, visual design and UX writing.
• Ability to think from first principles, break down problems and make trade‑off decisions.
• Experience working in fast‑moving, remote‑first environments serving media or entertainment clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI coding assistants and design tools.
• Experience integrating APIs into design workflows.
• Ability to create rapid prototypes and high‑fidelity UI mockups.
