About the role

We are looking for a reliable Packaging Agent to join the production line at a detergent manufacturing plant in Aghir Midoun, Djerba. The plant, Rosman Clean Power, specializes in the production of household detergents and requires a dedicated workforce to maintain its high output. The role involves preparing finished products for distribution by efficiently packing them according to company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to fill, seal and label detergent containers.
• Ensure that daily production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to keep the work area organized and safe.
• Maintain cleanliness of the packaging area and handle waste according to safety guidelines.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Male candidate who is serious, motivated and punctual.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous experience in a factory or packaging setting is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Must be able to follow written instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
