Launch Manager – Project Coordination

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Launch Manager to coordinate and drive plant‑related tasks throughout the product launch lifecycle (GW20 to GW70). You will act as the voice of the plant, balancing its interests with project goals and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all project meetings, coordinate plant‑specific work packages and report status using project management software.
• Set up and lead the launch team, plan resources, and ensure regular meetings at the plant level.
• Prepare documentation for milestone and gate reviews, and track PAM releases, CAPEX, and equipment planning.
• Plan and manage sample production (A, B, C, D), develop operational concepts and detailed ramp‑up plans.
• Coordinate Run@Rate activities, report findings and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor plant KPIs (costs, quality, delivery) and implement improvement measures.
• Identify risks and opportunities, execute mitigation actions, and share lessons learned.
• Support central teams with updates to standard processes and handle responsibilities before GW20 and after GW70.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles within wiring systems or automotive manufacturing.
• Fluent in French and English.
