Transport & Packaging Control Employee

About the role

Join a dynamic international supply chain team where you will act as the central link between suppliers, customers, and production sites. You will ensure the smooth flow of raw materials, semi‑finished products, and finished goods across DRÄXLMAIER plants and customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supply DRÄXLMAIER plants with raw materials, components, containers and transport resources.
• Coordinate delivery dates with internal and external stakeholders and prevent bottlenecks.
• Control and optimise material and process flows across multiple supply chains, focusing on cost efficiency.
• Analyse KPIs, track delivery volumes, and implement corrective actions.
• Handle operational activities in SAP‑BISS, including account reconciliation and inventory support.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and related process applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in logistics and/or packaging.
• Solid logistics knowledge and hands‑on experience.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools (a plus).
