About the role

The company is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliable operation of its production equipment. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as installing and adjusting machines on a rotating shift schedule. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate maintenance records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
• Diagnose and execute corrective repairs on electromechanical systems.
• Install, align, and fine‑tune new machinery according to technical specifications.
• Interpret and work from electrical, mechanical and hydraulic schematics.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support to machine operators.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance during two 8‑hour shifts.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (BTS or TS) in industrial maintenance, electromechanics or automation.
• Willingness to work on a 2 × 8 hour shift pattern.
• Strong analytical ability to troubleshoot complex equipment.
