About the role
We are looking for an Italian‑speaking technical support specialist to assist customers of a renewable‑energy company. The role involves handling inquiries, diagnosing issues and supporting the commissioning and operation of PV inverters and home storage systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical service to customers via phone and email.
- Analyse error patterns and document cases in a ticketing system.
- Support commissioning and ongoing operation of PV components such as inverters and home batteries.
- Order spare parts when necessary.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or electrotechnical field.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness.
- Fluent Italian (able to discuss technical topics safely).
- Basic English is an advantage.
Required skills
- General understanding of electrotechnical concepts (voltage, current).
