Technical Support Engineer – Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are seeking a Spanish‑speaking Technical Support Engineer to join a fast‑growing renewable energy company. You will provide remote and on‑site assistance for photovoltaic (PV) inverters and home battery systems, helping customers resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering clear technical guidance.
• Analyze error patterns and diagnose faults in PV inverters and storage units.
• Support commissioning activities and ongoing operation of renewable energy equipment.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate ordering and dispatch of spare parts when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or electrotechnical environments.
• Solid understanding of basic electrical concepts such as voltage and current.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong quality awareness.
