Team Lead Supplier Quality Assurance

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead Supplier Quality Assurance to head our Supplier Quality Assurance unit within LEONI’s automotive wiring systems business. The role ensures that suppliers comply with quality standards, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the transformation of the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Supplier Quality Assurance organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Plan and coordinate team activities to cover all stages of supplier quality processes.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members and monitor results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and promote knowledge application.
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong social and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change management capabilities.
• Target‑ and result‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation, resilience, and self‑organization.
• Ability to manage conflicts and work effectively in a team.
