Shift Leader – Operations Quality (Product)

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Shift Leader for Operations Quality in the automotive wiring sector. You will be responsible for overseeing the quality function on a shift basis, ensuring compliance with standards, and driving continuous improvement across production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Operations Quality unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports, defining objectives and monitoring performance.
• Plan team activities to cover all production stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Authorize stoppage of production lines for non‑conformities and release after corrective actions.
• Oversee sorting activities to protect customers and manage quality costs.
• Coordinate transversal resolution of quality issues, including recurring incidents, warranty returns, and red alerts.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Fluent in French and English.
