About the role
The Sales Executive will join Mezzan Holding’s dynamic commercial team in Tunis, operating in a hybrid model that combines office presence with remote flexibility. The role focuses on expanding the company’s market share across its diverse product portfolio and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyse market trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and distribution, to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales strategy, lead generation and negotiation, preferably in the FMCG or regional market.
- Strong analytical ability for market research and data interpretation.
- Self‑motivated professional comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and other digital sales tools.
