RPA System Administrator

About the role

The RPA System Administrator ensures the smooth operation, maintenance, and administration of the Robotic Process Automation infrastructure within the UiPath Orchestrator framework. You will support daily robot monitoring, issue resolution, and coordinate with development teams to keep automated processes running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production robots, start/stop activities, and perform backup support.
• Maintain RPA infrastructure, including licenses, virtual machine capacity, and server configuration (folders, assets, users, SSO).
• Ensure compliance with security and GDPR requirements.
• Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and technical changes, introducing new robots into production.
• Administer robot application patching, VDI setup, and overall Office 365 environment support.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent training in IT, System Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations or automation support.
• Experience with UiPath or other RPA solutions.
• Good understanding of Microsoft server/client operating systems and Office applications.
