Project Management Officer

About the role

As a member of the Project Management Office within an international Operations team, you will support the design and execution of high‑impact, cross‑functional projects that span business processes, data initiatives, and change programmes. The role is ideal for a proactive individual who can navigate a complex organisation with minimal guidance and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Design and implement data‑driven reporting solutions using PowerBI, creating dashboards and analytics to monitor performance.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior stakeholders, driving communication and alignment on deliverables.
• Track project progress, produce regular updates for senior leadership, and ensure projects stay on target.
• Develop and enforce standardized best‑practice templates, governance frameworks, and project documentation.
• Identify, escalate, and help mitigate project risks and issues.

Required profile

• University degree in economics, business, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting or project delivery, preferably in software, financial services, or technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities and a self‑starter mindset capable of working independently.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
