Product Tooling & Documentation Intern (6‑month)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support the Expense product team in two parallel transformation initiatives: rebranding and design‑system migration, and product‑tooling rationalisation. Over a six‑month period the intern will work at the intersection of product operations, AI‑enabled tooling and technical writing, gaining hands‑on experience in large‑scale documentation updates and tool consolidation.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the current suite of product‑tooling solutions, identify overlaps and recommend consolidation options.
• Assist in migrating documentation to the new Medius Suite Design System, updating screenshots, GIFs, terminology and help articles.
• Support the rebranding effort from Expensya to Medius Expense by ensuring all user‑facing content reflects the new brand.
• Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to maintain consistency across documentation assets.
• Document findings and progress in clear, concise reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on defined workstreams.
• Interest in product operations, documentation processes and AI‑enabled tooling.
