Procurement Specialist

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist at Regnology, you will develop and implement company‑wide procurement processes, ensuring availability, cost‑effectiveness and end‑user satisfaction. You will act as the main interface between end users, internal departments and IT suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing of goods and services across the company, including supplier identification, interviews, negotiations and contract management.
• Support end users and departments in procurement planning and supplier onboarding, and assist with using procurement portals.
• Oversee the full purchase order lifecycle for assigned budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting procedures.
• Maintain the central contract and license management system, inventorying assets such as licenses and contracts.
• Adhere to company procurement policies, process requests via the IT service management system, and recommend workflow improvements.
• Execute special projects, including implementation and coordination of program components and development of procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a buyer or procurement administrator.
• Experience with commercial contracts at a corporate level (preferred).
• Proven experience in IT procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Fluent English.
• High attention to detail and strong understanding of business documents.

Required skills

• MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools.
