Operations Project Leader (OPL)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Project Leader (OPL) to drive new automotive projects from development through serial production. You will act as the central coordinator, ensuring smooth transitions between prototype and mass‑production phases while aligning with group procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and control new projects using pre‑planning tools and the Project Development Plan (PDP).
• Coordinate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to guarantee a seamless production launch.
• Support production teams during prototype and serial phases.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across all departments.
• Serve as the primary interface with the central customer team.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong transversal management, leadership, and influence abilities.
• Capacity to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent English.
