Method Responsible – Lead Method Engineering Team

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Method Responsible to lead its method engineering team. You will drive continuous improvement of the production concept, ensuring higher quality, efficiency and optimal use of space across our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the method engineers team.
• Cascade operational and functional objectives to the team and define work plans to achieve them.
• Design and implement production concepts while respecting engineering rules such as kits, sequences, WPO, ergonomics, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures, MSD reports and quality requirements.
• Participate in improvement projects and continuously raise quality and efficiency performance.
• Oversee certification and customer audits, and manage auxiliary personnel (e.g., overtime control).
• Review production flow diagrams (PFD) and monitor PFMEA updates linked to changes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and handle stressful situations.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and proven leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Production Flow Diagram (PFD) management.
• PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis).
• Quality management and compliance.
