Manufacturing Engineer II – Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join our aerospace component production team. The role focuses on bringing new products to series production, ensuring process robustness, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement new product manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and process files.
• Lead APQP phases – feasibility, package preparation, iterations, production preparation, readiness review, and process run.
• Validate new and existing processes to meet customer specifications and resolve process‑related issues.
• Assist shop‑floor personnel with training on iteration steps and production runs.
• Implement product and manufacturing packages in the ERP system and manage non‑conforming product disposition.
• Participate in Kaizen, cost‑saving, and EHS activities and provide technical support for equipment qualification.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Material Science, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 2‑3 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and tooling specifications.
• Good command of English and effective communication skills.
