Junior Mechanical Technician – Automotive Engineering

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is looking for a Junior Mechanical Technician to join its automotive engineering team. You will support new study projects and help integrate functions and components into complete vehicle environments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
• Create and update 3D models, 2D drawings and technical documentation.
• Perform basic engineering analyses to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Follow industry standards and company guidelines throughout the design process.
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software, specifically Catia and SolidWorks.
