HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will support the organization by managing core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and compliance. This position requires strong interpersonal abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist talent acquisition by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, including orientation and initial training sessions.
• Implement and monitor training plans for new hires and existing staff.
• Conduct follow‑up meetings with new employees during their onboarding period.
• Support off‑boarding activities, preparing exit interview materials and gathering feedback.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate communication between management and staff, ensuring awareness of policies and rights.
• Help resolve minor employee conflicts and promote a team‑oriented environment.
• Review turnover and survey reports, collaborate with managers to address retention issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of labor laws and ensure HR compliance.
• Identify training needs and help organize workshops or development programs.
• Organize social events and administer reward systems to recognize high performers.
• Create and update local policies and the employee handbook.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle employee inquiries and support a collaborative work environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using HR software or HRIS platforms.
