Chargé(e) de recrutement IT (H/F)

About the role
The company is seeking an IT Recruitment Specialist to build and manage a pipeline of senior and expert IT profiles. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure the right talent is identified and placed for cross‑border missions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach IT candidates using various sourcing channels.
- Qualify candidates on technical and behavioral aspects to assess fit.
- Maintain candidate records in internal systems.
- Verify work authorizations and conditions for cross‑border assignments.
- Support bid responses to tenders and track recruitment activity reporting.
Required profile
- Higher education degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or placement agencies.
- Proficiency in sourcing and headhunting techniques is a plus.
- Fluent written and spoken French; English is an asset.
- Strong communication, curiosity, proactivity, autonomy, rigor, and analytical abilities.
