French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Care Representative to join a remote team supporting a mobile phone rental service in France. You will handle inbound calls, provide clear assistance, and ensure a positive experience for customers using the rental service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer support calls in French and English.
• Assist users with inquiries related to mobile phone rentals and related services.
• Communicate professionally, delivering friendly and accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and document each interaction.
• Follow internal processes and maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English (C1) language skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or inbound call handling.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and independent‑working abilities.
• Availability Monday‑Friday, 3–4 hours per day within 09:00‑18:00 CEST.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN required).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
• Wired USB headset for clear call quality.
