About the role

TalentPop is seeking a French‑English bilingual specialist to provide non‑voice customer support remotely. You will interact with customers via chat and email, delivering clear, helpful solutions and ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, orders and general concerns through chat and email in both French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate information and resolve problems efficiently.
• Document all interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to guarantee consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback and insights to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong written communication, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and reliable work habits.
