Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

VentureCopilot is looking for an Executive Partner (Copilot) to work directly with a founder as their right‑hand. This hybrid role blends high‑level executive assistance with project‑management ownership, ensuring the founder can focus on growth while you keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the founder’s calendar, schedule meetings across time zones, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Organise internal and external meetings, handling both professional and occasional personal administrative tasks.
• Act as the central hub for key tasks and projects, tracking priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Follow up with team members and external partners to ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain operational visibility across tasks, projects, and commitments, updating dashboards and systems as needed.
• Support faster decision‑making by streamlining workflows and protecting the founder’s time.

Required profile

• Proactive, highly organized and able to manage up to senior leadership.
• Thrives in fast‑moving environments and anticipates needs before they arise.
• Strong communication skills and ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
• Demonstrated ability to handle both routine administrative duties and complex project coordination.
