Customer Support Consultant (French & English, Part‑time, Remote)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global Intelligent Support‑as‑a‑Service team. You will work remotely on evening and night shifts, assisting users of various SaaS, software and hardware products in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat, email and phone, answering questions and resolving requests.
• Handle inbound inquiries during scheduled night‑shift windows.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, especially charger‑related problems.
• Process refund requests and guide customers through the required steps.
• Document interactions accurately and follow established support processes.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support handling chats, emails and calls.
• Availability for 6‑hour night‑shift schedules on a part‑time basis.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
