About the role
As a Customer Success Manager at Regnology, you will drive customer loyalty, retention and growth by monitoring the client journey and ensuring a high‑quality experience across our SaaS solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer, using data‑driven insights to improve satisfaction and support business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers through proactive and reactive engagements.
- Monitor customer health scores using KPIs, NPS and other feedback, and develop tailored success plans.
- Conduct regular service reviews, presenting insights and recommendations to clients.
- Identify pain points and work with leadership to implement process improvements.
- Advocate for customers, handling difficult situations with transparency while protecting Regnology’s reputation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during major incidents to ensure clear communication and positive outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Customer‑centric attitude and passion for helping clients succeed.
- Fluent English.
- Based in Tunisia.
