Country Manager

About the role

The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all industrial, operational and administrative activities of the company’s Tunisian operations. Reporting to the Italian headquarters, the role ensures that local performance aligns with global corporate objectives and drives growth in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate local industrial and operational activities, ensuring efficient production and workforce management.
• Manage business performance, monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee import/export processes and customs procedures.
• Direct supply‑chain activities, production planning and logistics.
• Represent the company with local institutions, authorities and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, industry regulations and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Economics.
• 7‑10+ years of senior leadership experience in industrial settings (Country Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager or Operations Manager).
• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, operational management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
