About the role

Outsourcia is looking for motivated French‑speaking tele‑sales professionals to promote legal protection and cybersecurity solutions to individual customers in Tunisia. You will join a fast‑growing international outsourcing group that values solidarity, commitment and integrity.

Key responsibilities

Prospect new private customers by phone.
Present and sell legal protection and cybersecurity services.
Develop and retain a personal client portfolio.
Educate clients about digital risks and cyber‑attack prevention.

Required profile

Fluent mastery of the French language.
Strong commercial mindset and persuasive communication.
Proven experience in tele‑sales or outbound calling.

Required skills

What we offer

Fixed net salary of 1,500 TND per month for a 40‑hour work week (2 days off).
Uncapped performance bonuses and weekly/monthly challenge rewards.
Referral and aid bonuses.
Permanent contract (CDI) with the possibility of a CIVP arrangement.
Paid training, free medical consultation, group insurance and restaurant tickets from day one.
