Full-Time Remote Referral Agent

About the role

Green Light Immigration Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its team as Full‑Time Remote Referral Agents. In this role you will promote immigration consulting services, engage potential clients via social media and personal networks, and refer qualified candidates to the company’s immigration consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Promote immigration services through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and personal networks.
• Contact potential clients for an initial call, explain the service and verify basic eligibility.
• Conduct an initial discussion to assess client needs and seriousness.
• Refer qualified and serious clients to the immigration team for a consultation.
• Follow up regularly with referred clients to guide them through the process.
• Facilitate client payments using a secure, agreed method.
• Submit daily or weekly reports of outreach, conversations and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible and proactive.
• Familiar with using social media to promote services.
• Able to work independently and meet weekly targets.
• Experience in sales, customer service or client communication is a plus.
• Must be available Monday to Friday (full‑time).
