About the role
Outsourcia is looking for motivated French‑speaking tele‑sales professionals to promote legal protection and cybersecurity solutions to individual customers in Tunisia. You will join a fast‑growing international outsourcing group that values solidarity, commitment and integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new private customers by phone.
- Present and sell legal protection and cybersecurity services.
- Develop and retain a personal client portfolio.
- Educate clients about digital risks and cyber‑attack prevention.
Required profile
- Fluent mastery of the French language.
- Strong commercial mindset and persuasive communication.
- Proven experience in tele‑sales or outbound calling.

What we offer
- Fixed net salary of 1,500 TND per month for a 40‑hour work week (2 days off).
- Uncapped performance bonuses and weekly/monthly challenge rewards.
