About the role
The Business Development Manager will lead GAS’s expansion in the international education sector by attracting top education agents and building strategic partnerships. The role focuses on creating an exclusive network of high‑caliber professionals to strengthen GAS’s influence in student mobility and consultancy services.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and recruit elite education agents worldwide (MENA, Europe, Asia) to grow membership beyond 100 registrants.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with premier agencies, offering accreditation benefits, exclusive events, and collaborative opportunities.
- Design membership sales strategies, including tiered fees, sponsorships, and premium services, while monitoring global market trends.
- Organise high‑impact networking events, webinars and international fairs to convert agents into long‑term members.
- Track key performance indicators such as member acquisition, retention, partnership value and network growth using CRM and analytics tools.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of business development or partnership experience within education agencies, syndicates or recruitment networks.
- Established global network of top education agents with a proven record of B2B member acquisition.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English with strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Experience in market research, event coordination, revenue modelling and digital lead generation.
