About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. You will handle inbound voice, chat, and email inquiries, delivering exceptional support and ensuring customers feel heard and valued.

Key responsibilities

Provide assistance to customers via phone, live chat, and email.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Personalize interactions to understand and meet customer needs.
Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
Offer feedback to refine service processes and quality.

Required profile

At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and calm under pressure.
Experience with e‑commerce or CRM platforms is a plus.

Required skills

Proficiency with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
