UGC Video Editor (French)

About the role

We’re looking for a talented, detail‑oriented video editor to join LXD’s team and create performance‑driven ads for Instagram and Facebook. The role focuses on crafting short‑form UGC and e‑commerce creatives that maximise viewer retention and ad performance.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and optimise Meta Ads, UGC and e‑commerce videos for Instagram and Facebook.
• Create edits with strong hooks, storytelling, pacing and viewer‑retention focus.
• Analyse briefs and assets to determine the most effective editing approach.
• Proactively suggest creative improvements and ensure accuracy of subtitles, captions and on‑screen text.
• Deliver projects within fast turnaround times while incorporating feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional video‑editing experience.
• Proven track record editing Meta Ads, UGC or e‑commerce creatives.
• Fluent French (C1/C2) with strong understanding of ad performance metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
