About the role
Sand Rose offers an intensive training program that prepares candidates for a career in telemarketing and customer relations. Upon successful completion, participants are placed directly into a professional contact‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in multilingual training sessions (French, English, Italian, Spanish, German).
- Develop communication techniques for inbound and outbound calls.
- Apply sales and negotiation methods to achieve client objectives.
- Transition smoothly from training to a guaranteed employment position.
Required profile
- Motivation to start a career in telemarketing.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in at least one of the offered languages.
