About the role
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our call centre team as Teleadvisors. The position involves providing telephone assistance to customers in French, handling inquiries and delivering clear information.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide support to customers in French.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Excellent command of French.
- Good computer literacy.
- Serious, dynamic attitude with strong communication sense.
- Motivated beginners are welcome.
