Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Medius, a global provider of cloud-based spend management solutions founded in Sweden in 2001, is looking for a highly driven Technical Support Specialist to guide and help its customers across its product suite. The position is full-time, based in Tunis on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 days from home), mostly desk-based, and supports only English-speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support Medius AP Automation's product suite, delivering a unified user experience across the workflow from receiving an invoice to making a payment.
• Handle support tickets and assist customers with issues around payments, supply payment reports and similar topics.
• Resolve technical issues with the applications and gather relevant information from emails, logs and databases.
• Reproduce customer issues and document solutions to known or common issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA and ERP departments and take part in internal projects as needed.

Required profile

• Previous Accounts Payable or software/SaaS support experience.
• General understanding of ERP and financial systems such as Dynamics AX, NAV, 365 BC, F&O, JDE, etc.
• Knowledge of general ledgers, bank reconciliation and payment terms.
• Familiarity with business workflows (approvals, routings, limits).
• Detail-oriented, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; resumes must be submitted in English only.

Required skills

• SQL, web services and XML knowledge is preferred.
