Technical Support – Spanish Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Technical Support professional to join a fast‑growing renewable energy company. You will provide phone and email assistance for customers using PV inverters and home battery systems, ensuring smooth commissioning and ongoing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical service to customers via phone and email.
• Analyze error patterns and identify root causes.
• Support commissioning and day‑to‑day operation of PV inverters and home storage solutions.
• Document interactions and track issues in a ticketing system.
• Order spare parts when required and follow up on delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or an electrotechnical environment.
• Basic understanding of electrotechnical concepts such as voltage and current.
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness.
• Fluent Spanish; English is a plus.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model on a full‑time basis.

Required skills

• Knowledge of PV inverter systems.
• Familiarity with home battery storage systems.
• Experience using ticketing systems for issue tracking.
• Understanding of electrotechnical fundamentals (voltage, current).
