Technical Support Graduate – French & English (Hybrid)

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Customer Solution Center in Tunis. The position is hybrid, with two days per week in the office, and focuses on delivering remote technical support in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance to customers, partners and internal HPE staff, resolving hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels.
• Troubleshoot incidents across a range of HPE technologies, ensuring efficient case management and high customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex problems to senior team members when needed.
• Document case details and resolutions in HPE’s Knowledge Management System.
• Continuously expand knowledge of HPE products, tools and processes.
• Identify recurring issues and share preventive recommendations to improve customer success.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in IT, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, international and remote‑first environment.
