About the role
LEONI is seeking a Team Leader for its warehouse in Zaghouan, Tunisia. The role oversees the warehouse unit, ensuring efficient operations across receiving, storage, picking, and shipping while meeting KPIs and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the warehouse unit, defining objectives, tasks and monitoring results.
- Identify improvement opportunities, drive continuous improvement and ensure process governance.
- Oversee all warehouse activities including unloading, labeling, storage, picking, sequencing, loading and shipping.
- Maintain technical equipment, safety compliance and accurate stock levels.
- Develop and coach direct reports, handling training needs and performance management.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Fluent in French and English.
