About the role
LEONI is seeking a Specialist Customer Demand Planning to support its operations in Zaghouan, Tunisia. The role focuses on planning services, managing capacity and budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan services, goals, capacity, and budgets within the assigned area.
- Ensure compliance with LEONI procedures and standards such as IATF and ISO14001.
- Create and release internal department instructions and optimize processes.
- Identify performance deviations using KPIs and develop corrective action plans.
- Support layout definition, space requirements, and technical equipment management for warehouses.
- Assist with inbound/outbound truck planning, stock‑take processes, and safety rule implementation.
Required profile
- Engineer’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Fluent in French and English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
