About the role
The Steward supports Food and Beverage outlets by ensuring award‑winning service through meticulous attention to cleanliness and sanitation. This full‑time position involves early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, or weekends as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine.
- Maintain sanitation of all major kitchen equipment and food‑and‑beverage facilities.
- Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain the silver polishing program.
- Handle cleaning supplies and chemicals safely.
