About the role
The Shift Leader Production will manage and supervise the production shift unit, ensuring that objectives and KPIs are met. You will drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with standards, and support customer and financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the shift team, define objectives and monitor results.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement consulting actions.
- Ensure adherence to governance, safety, environmental and quality standards.
- Plan team activities to cover all production stages and respond to requests.
- Develop training needs, coach direct reports and support their professional growth.
- Maintain efficient use of materials, resources and keep the work area orderly.
Required profile
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong conflict management, negotiation, presentation and project management skills.
