Senior Production Support Analyst (US Shift)

About the role

FIS is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst to work the US shift, providing support for its Credit Risk Manager, Risk Analytics Manager, and Enterprise Risk Hub applications. The role involves installing releases, leading SRE projects, and assisting the migration of platforms to AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Install application release updates and lead SRE initiatives for core risk management applications.
• Support the migration of the platform from an FIS‑hosted environment to AWS.
• Provide production support during North American business hours, including incident investigation and root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and SQL Server environments, and monitor AWS‑hosted applications.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in Windows OS, SQL Server, networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Significant experience in production support, incident resolution and customer service.
• Ability to work the US shift regularly and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
