Senior Migration Consultant

About the role

ADP is seeking a Senior Migration Consultant to lead the largest SAP‑based payroll migration to SAP RISE / S/4HANA. You will work within the GlobalView to RISE program, helping clients transition smoothly while leveraging best‑in‑class practices and cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead specific aspects of the migration process, applying deep SAP knowledge.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise in SAP Payroll and GlobalView.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth transition and resolve complex challenges.
• Prepare, validate, and execute key migration steps for the GlobalView ecosystem.
• Provide initial ABAP analysis when technical errors arise.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an SAP HR module, preferably Payroll.
• Passion for building a long‑term career in SAP consultancy.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Basic orientation in ABAP for error analysis.
• Experience in an IT‑related field is an advantage.
