Senior Financial Analyst (Finance & Strategy)

About the role

Glovo’s Africa Regional Finance team is seeking a senior analyst to support strategic decision‑making across the Tunisian market. The role combines hands‑on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and participation in FP&A projects, acting as a trusted advisor to the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, payments and produce regular AR, AP, inventory and billing reports.
• Respond to ad‑hoc inquiries from HQ, regional offices, business partners and vendors.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports.
• Support implementation of new ERP systems and optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Global Finance teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting) to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Lead finance‑related projects to improve processes and data reliability.
• Participate in tax compliance and regulatory matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A or finance operations.
• Fluent business English and strong analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with finance‑related project management and system implementations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
