Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join a multinational partner in Tunisia. The role will support cash‑flow forecasting, invoicing, reporting and strategic finance initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor to commercial teams and collaborating with global finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and payments for partners.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on AR, AP, inventories, billing, and other finance metrics.
• Respond to inquiries from HQ, regional offices, vendors, banks and other stakeholders.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports.
• Support implementation of new ERP systems and finance process improvements.
• Collaborate with the Finance & Strategy team on FP&A, business planning and monthly closings.
• Lead finance‑related projects to enhance data reliability and process efficiency.
• Maintain awareness of tax regulations and compliance impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations or financial planning.
• Fluent business English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a continuous‑improvement attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
