Senior Consultant – Transaction & Corporate Finance (Financial Services)

About the role

EY Tunisia is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Transaction & Corporate Finance team. You will work on high‑impact due‑diligence, valuation, modelling and advisory projects for financial‑services clients across Africa, Europe and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in due‑diligence, valuation, financial modelling and economic analysis assignments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support clients in strategic decision‑making with data‑driven insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Strong academic background (e.g., CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst qualification).
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial audit, transaction services or private equity, preferably with exposure to banking, insurance, asset‑management or fintech clients.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced financial analysis, valuation and modelling capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital IQ and Mergermarket (preferred).
