Associate Consultant, Transaction Advisory / Infrastructure

About the role

Jade Advisory is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Transaction Advisory / Infrastructure team in Tunis. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on supporting PPP and infrastructure projects through financial and technical analysis, market studies, and client‑facing deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in structuring, evaluating and modelling PPP and other infrastructure projects.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations and other client documentation.
• Support project management activities, coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work with data and analytical models to inform investment decisions and participate in client meetings.

Required profile

• Academic background in finance, economics, engineering, business or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in infrastructure, transaction advisory and PPP frameworks.
• Demonstrated analytical problem‑solving, client communication and structured reporting abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment, show initiative and manage multiple assignments with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude AI and OpenAI.
• Basic networking and Windows operating‑system skills.
